Non-exclusive means anyone who buys 1- 5 above has non-exclusive rights to sell the artwork in a digitized embroidery design file format to others. None of my other artwork (not even if purchased on CD or in a Collection) can be digitized and sold as an embroidery design file. Some businesses have purchased exclusive digitizing rights to images in The I Want it All Package in the past, but exclusive digitizing rights are no longer being sold for anymore of my clip art. If you purchase a collection of artwork, or artwork on CDs or DVD from me, you may digitize and SEW the artwork onto something you sell, but you can't sell the design file to others so they can sew it out too. With these Digi-Art Sets You Can! Once purchased, you may use images from these sets to create digitized embroidery files, put them in a packet together and even sell them! You may sell the actual digitized files or sew the design on clothing and other articles and sell those! Or you may just use them for your own personal use for fun! You may also purchase these sets to use for your printing projects since they include the wmf resizable/printable artwork. Credit to "Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com" must always be given for the artwork, though...whether it is on the digitized package you are selling or on the webpage you are selling them from.
