I don't want to pay for the same artwork twice, what should I do?
When you upgrade, a big discount is taken off the price of The I Want it All Package so you
aren't paying for the same artwork twice. If you are upgrading from Version 12 on 3 CDs to
the I Want it All Package, or from an older version of the IWIA Pkg to the current version

I bought the I Want it All Pkg already but only have 3 CDs, not 6, why?
The first version of The I Want it All Package included 3 CDs and several collections that
were downloadable. If you have this version you are missing out on alot of new artwork and
would definately want to upgrade to the newest version.

I have 6 CDs already so can I upgrade to All 6 New CDs?
If 3 of your CDs are Cabin, Scrapbooking and Candles, and the other 3 are Version 12 on 3 CDs

Do you receive a page not found error?
You may have tried to download the file too many times already.

I didn't receive an email with a download link or password, now what?
If you entered your email address correctly on your order you should
have recieved an email instantly with your download link and/or password information.
Did you check your spam or junk folder? If you still can't find it, first add
lisa@countryclipart.com to your Email Account's
Address Book or Contacts, and make sure I'm on the approved list so you receive
all emails from me. Then email me to let me know that you need your email resent to you.
Please include as much information about your order as possible so I can easily find it.
If you received an email but didn't see a download link, please check the whole email again.
Sometimes the download link can be further down in the email.

Do I have to give credit if I use your artwork?
Alot of very hard work and many many hours have gone into my artwork. Credit is Required because
all the images are copyrighted and owned by Original Country Clipart by Lisa. If you want to be able
to use them on your webpages or on items you make and sell, you simply must give credit in order to
follow the terms of use. I do not charge royalties or commission on the sale of items you make with
my artwork for your home business because proper credit is required instead. If you are not willing
to give proper credit you should not use or purchase the artwork.
How do I give proper credit when I use the artwork on my own business card?
You don't need to give credit on your own business card. But, if you advertise that you make business
cards for others, you are required to give credit and a link to www.countryclipart.com on
the webpage you advertise them on.
How do I give proper credit on PRINTED ITEMS that I sell?
It depends on what the item is. You will need to print my "copyright/credit statement" which is:
"Artwork Copyright Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com"
somewhere on the item or on something attached to the item before it can be available for purchase.
For items like cards and invitations that have a backside, the credit statement MUST be printed on
the back of each card. For stationery sheets, recipe cards, or items printed only on one side, not
binded together in pads, the credit MUST be printed somewhere on each paper, usually on the very
bottom and it can be printed in small text as long as it can still be read. For items that you are unable
to print this statement on, such as small magnets, tiny candy wrappers or mint books, sheets of labels,
business cards, etc..you will need to print the credit statement on a piece of paper included with your
customer's order. For items that have hang tags attached to them, this credit statement can be
printed right on the hang tag. Labels can also be attached to the actual item (such as the back of
a notepad) with this credit statement printed on it. As long as you have printed on or attached the
above credit statement to the item you are legally allowed to sell it. Also, proper credit and a
clickable link back to www.countryclipart.com must be on all web pages that show any samples of
items for sale that have my artwork on them.
If I purchased the artwork, do I still have to link to countryclipart.com?
Yes. Any website that uses Original Country Clipart by Lisa's graphics must give credit and link to
www.countryclipart.com on their website. The credit link must work and must go to
www.countryclipart.com when it is clicked. Those who have purchased and are just decorating their
webpages with the artwork are only required to place the credit link on their main webpage in a place
easily seen by their visitors. Those selling items made with Lisa's artwork on them must give credit
on each page that advertises an item made with the artwork on it.
How do I give proper credit on my website if I'm using the free graphics?
There are credit logos that match each free graphic set. You should place it on each one of your
webpages and link it back to www.countryclipart.com and it must go to www.countryclipart.com when
it is clicked. You can also find more credit logos to choose from here:

Problems Downloading Collections
I've never downloaded a zip file before. What do I do?
A zip file is a file that holds one or more compressed files inside it.
Why do we zip the files?
Because, for example, If you want to buy a collection of artwork that has 200 images in it, it's alot easier to
download 1 zip file instead of 200 individual image files. Also, a zip file with 200 images inside of it is alot smaller
in file size then all 200 files seperately. So, for years many people have used zip compression to email large files,
lots of files, or for distributing software products. Once you learn how to download and unzip a zip file you'll be so
glad you learned. It's very easy to do. As long as you have Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, you won't
need any special software (like Winzip) to unzip (extract) the files. Unlike previous versions of Windows, these
newer Windows operating systems all have built in support for "zipping" and "unzipping" (compression) files. In the
past, you needed a separate software program, such as WinZip to zip and unzip files. Now all you need to do in
Windows is right click the little zipper folder icon and then click Extract All, tell it where you want the files.
I usually chose my desktop so I can easily find them. You can also do the reverse and compress files (make a zip file)
by highlighting the files you want to zip, right-click and choose Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder and then
Windows creates a zip folder with your files inside. In summary, download the zip file to your desktop, right click on
it, choose "Extract All", a box pops up where you can tell it where you want the files, click Browse and choose your
desktop, and then Extract. Now you should find a little yellow folder icon on your desktop with all the artwork files
inside of it. Just double click the new folder to see the files inside.
I purchased a collection and the password to download it won't work.
If you're seeing this error:
Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the
wrong credentials (e.g., bad password),or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
This does not mean your password is bad necessarily. Sometimes when you receive a link to click on inside of an email
and it is a long link, the link separates into 2 lines, making the actual link a bad link. Take a look at the link you were
given and make absolutely sure it starts with "http://www" and ends with either ".html", ".htm", ".zip" or ".exe".
You'll be able to see this in your browser's address bar at the top. If it is incomplete, type or copy and paste the
rest of the link into the address bar and click enter. The error above can show up even if you typed the password
correctly, but the username incorrectly. Close out your browser. Go back to the link and when the password box pops
up again, first ERASE anything already typed in both the username and the password box and re-type them in from
scratch. Be very careful to notice uppercase and lowercase letters as they are case-sensitive. You must type them
exactly or you will get this error. Make sure if you ordered a package with several collections and/or memberships,
that you are using the Correct username and password for the correct link to the collection you are trying to access.
Re-check the email or page you were given with the link/username/password on it. Turn off any secuirty software
you might have running, close and re-open your browser and try again. If you've read and tried all of the above,
email lisa@countryclipart.com for help.

The recipe cards included with Recipe Card Creator are all 4x6 inch in size.
I bought this but I don't have a lifetime membership, why?
Recipe Card Creator (4x6) was just recently upgraded to a Lifetime membership area.
If you purchased this before April 2006 your membership expired before it was
upgraded and you will need to purchase a new membership to Recipe Card Creator
on this page in order to have a lifetime membership to this program:

I can’t remember my username or password to sign into Recipe Card Creator.
Send an email with your name, order number, and the email address you used when you
ordered, and your username and password to login will be resent to you.
Acceptable Use of Artwork
Are your graphics allowed to be used to decorate e-books that I sell?
Yes, if you purchase my artwork you would be allowed to use the images to decorate your
ebooks that you sell as long as the book is in pdf format or another electronic format where
your readers can't separate the graphic from the book to use for other purposes.
Each e-book would be required to have the following copyright/credit statement printed in it:
"Artwork Copyright Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com"
Am I allowed to digitize your artwork?
Yes, for personal use to sew onto items you make just for fun for yourself, your family and
friends.
Am I allowed to digitize your artwork and sell the digitized files to others?
The “club clip art” is allowed to be digitized and you can sell the files. There is no
additional license or fee if you’re a club member.
There is an additional license and fee required to be able to do this with all other artwork.

Am I allowed to design & sell Auction Templates with the artwork I purchase?
No, this is against the terms of use. No Auction Templates or WebPage Sets can be
made for sale.
I want to use your art on candy wrappers that I sell. Is that acceptable?
Yes it is perfectly acceptable. You are required to give proper credit and a link back
to www.countryclipart.com on each web page you advertise the wrappers from. Each
wrapper must have the copyright/credit statement:
"Artwork Copyright Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com"
printed right on the wrapper.
I am a school teacher and wish to use your free graphics on my
classroom website. May I?
Public school teachers may use the free graphics on their classroom webpages as long as
proper credit and a link back to www.countryclipart.com is given on each page the graphics
and/or backgrounds are used on. You must pay the business registration fee (OR purchase
a collection or package of clipart) in order to be able to use the graphics for classroom
printed material. Private, Parochial, College and Technical schools must all first register
or purchase before they are allowed to use the artwork on their websites or for printing.
I have a craft website, may I use your free graphics?
A craft related website where you sell or advertise crafts is considered a business website
and you must first register to use the free graphics.
You may also choose to purchase The I Want it All Package. This package include all
the free graphics and also the business registration fee, plus alot more.
Can I use your free graphics on my day-care website?
A Day Care or Child Care website is considered a business website
and you must first register to use the free graphics.
You may also choose to purchase The I Want it All Package. This package include all

Yes, family websites may use my free graphics for no charge.

Yes you can. It is very important that you follow the terms of use and give proper credit for
the artwork by both printing the required copyright/credit statement:

I already own The I Want it All Package. Why can’t I sign into the club?
1. If you purchased the “I Want it All and More! Package” January 30, 2012
or after, a free 1 month complimentary membership to The Country Club is
included with your order. An email was sent to you with your username and password.
If it’s been less than 3 months since you ordered, and you didn’t receive this email
and never signed into the club, please send an email requesting your free 1 month
membership and login info. I will check to confirm you’ve never signed into the club
and set up your 1 month membership access for you, and send you an email confirming
this.
2. If you purchased “The I Want it All and More! Package” prior to 01/30/2012,
The Country Club was not open and it wasn’t included in your package. To access
The Country Club you will need to sign up for a membership to the club.
3. If you purchased “The I Want it All and More! Package” between 12/15/2010 and
12/31/2011, The Single Clipart Club was open and orders for
The I Want it All and More! Package included a free 1 month membership to this club,
which would now already be expired. To access The Country Club you will need to
sign up for a membership to the club.
4. If you purchased “The I Want it All Package” (not the same as The I Want it
All and More! Package), any membership to a club that would have been
included with your order would now already be expired. You will want to upgrade
to The I Want it All and More! Package so that you are current and have all
the clip art created up to date. Your upgrade will include a free complimentary
1 month membership to The Country Club and everything included on this page
that you don’t already have. Please fill out this Upgrade Form. If you don’t want
an upgrade, but just want the clip art inside the Country Club, you can sign up for
a membership to The Country Club on this page.
I thought I got all of your artwork if I bought The I Want it All Package??
You do get ALL of the artwork I had created up to the very day that you purchased
the package. Orders beginning 01/30/2012 also include everything I create for the
next 1 month after your order through the free 1 month membership to
The Country Club. This does not include everything new that I create in the future
after that. Like other software you buy, you need to either buy the newest version
when it comes out, or pay a lower “upgrade” price for it to get the new version.
Original Country Clipart by Lisa’s clip art works the same way, except all you need
to do to stay current once you have The I Want it All and More! Package is join The
Country Club. If you own the I Want it All Package, but haven’t upgraded to The
I Want it All and More! Package yet, you will want to upgrade. Once you own that and
become a member of The Country Club, you will never miss out on anything new I
create again. Sometimes I do add clip art to my already existing collections, and I
do give a free download to anyone who already has that collection, whether it’s
because they just bought that 1 collection or if it was included in their I Want It
All and More Pkg. For example, I recently added “Stick Figure Pets” to the Happy Faces
Collection and I let anyone who already owned that collection download the new
stick figure pets for no charge. If you missed out on this news, please make sure you

Why does this club have different rules then all the rest of Lisa’s clip art?
Because I wanted an area to put all the new clip art that I make and keep it separate
from all my other clip art. This is because I sold the exclusive rights for different
uses like embroidery digitizing, patterns, etc. to alot of the clip art that I created
in the past. (I did not sell the exclusive rights to any whole image itself and
noone owns the exclusive rights to any image I created but me- this just applies
to specific uses of the image). I can’t allow everyone to sell, for example, a cross
stitch pattern of one of my snowman when a company already bought the exclusive
rights to be the only one that can create and sell a cross stitch pattern of that image.
Or, I can’t allow everyone to digitize and sell a digitized embroidery design file of my
pumpkin clip art if I sold the exclusive digitizing rights for that pumpkin to someone
else already. I am no longer selling exclusive rights for any use to any of my images,
which means all new clip art I make now, can be used for alot more then my older
clip art can be. This is the easiest way to keep it straight and it gives the club
members extra benefits for being a member.
I used to be a member of the club years ago. Do the new terms apply to the artwork
I downloaded back then?
No. The new rules came into effect Jan 30, 2012 and only apply to the artwork inside
the Country Club from Jan 30, 2012 on.
