Email me at lisa@countryclipart.com and I will either resend your link or
help you to get it working.
Do you receive a page not found error? You may have tried to download the file too many times already. Email me with your order information and I will resend a non-expired download link to you by email.
I didn't receive an email with a download link or password, now what?
If you entered your email address correctly on your order you should have recieved an email instantly with your download link and/or password information.
Did you check your spam folder?
If you have AOL you will first need to add lisa@countryclipart.com to your AOL Address Book in order to receive this email from me. AOL blocks these emails because there are links in them. Once you've added my email address, please email me to let me know: 1) that you have added me to your address book and, 2) that you need your email resent to you. Please include as much information about your order as possible so I can easily find it. Thanks!
If you received an email but didn't see a download link, please check the whole email again. Sometimes the download link can be further down in the email.
