My Dog ate my CD, kid broke my CD, or I lost my CD. Help!

I've had my CD for quite a while and suddenly can't get it to work anymore.
You should examine it for scratches or excess fingerprints and dirt. Clean it if necessary.
Lisa's Cds are NOT designed to stop working after any certain amount of time. If your disk stopped working it's because it's either damaged or something has changed on your computer.
Please make sure your CD-ROM's auto-run feature is turned on. You can check this by trying other CDs you have that normally start up by themselves. If other CDs don't start either, your auto-run is most likely disabled.
Try this: Go to "My Computer" and look by your CD-ROM drive to see if "OCCbyLisa....CD" is written there. If it is, "right-click" your mouse on "OCCbyLisa....CD" and choose "OPEN". Look for a file called "START" and double click it. This should get the CD (or DVD) started just as if it started by itself like it should have. Is the CD that is not working part of a 3 or 6 CD set?
If so, do all of the other CDs work for you?
If only 1 CD in a set does not work or is giving you problems, the CD will be replaced for no charge, basically no questions asked. If you only purchased 1 CD and it isn't working right for you, when you send your email please include a detailed description of what happens when you put the CD in your CD-ROM drive and any errors you receive. Please make sure your CD-ROM's auto-run feature is turned on. You can check this by trying other CDs you have that normally start up by themselves. If other CDs don't start either, your auto-run is most likely disabled. Lisa's CDs are all designed to start automatically for you. They can be manually started too by locating the START file and double clicking on it, but you shouldn't need to do this. If it is a problem with the actual CD, your CD will be replaced for no charge. You will need to send back any CD that does not work in order for it to be replaced. If you are on a MAC computer, the CD might not be compatible on your MAC.
All CDs from Original Country Clipart by Lisa are compatible with ALL Windows Operating Systems.
