Acceptable Use of Artwork

Are your graphics allowed to be used to decorate e-books that I sell?
Yes, if you purchase my artwork you would be allowed to use the images to decorate your ebooks that you sell as long as the book is in pdf format or another electronic format where your readers can't separate the graphic from the book to use for other purposes. Each e-book would be required to have the following copyright/credit statement printed in it:
"Artwork Copyright Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com"

Am I allowed to digitize your artwork?

There is an additional license and fee required to be able to do this. Please see Terms of Use #8:

Am I allowed to design & sell Auction Templates with the artwork I purchase?

No, this is against the terms of use. No Auction Templates or WebPage Sets can be made for sale.

I want to use your art on candy wrappers that I print & sell. Is that acceptable?

Yes it is perfectly acceptable. You are required to give proper credit and a link back to www.countryclipart.com on each web page you advertise the wrappers from. Each wrapper must have the copyright/credit statement:

"Artwork Copyright Original Country Clipart by Lisa www.countryclipart.com"

printed right on the wrapper.

I am a school teacher and wish to use your free graphics on my classroom website. May I?

Public school teachers may use the free graphics on their classroom webpages as long as proper credit and a link back to www.countryclipart.com is given on each page the graphics and/or backgrounds are used on. You must pay the $20 business registration fee in order to be able to use the graphics for classroom printed material. Private, Parochial, College and Technical schools must all first register or purchase before they are allowed to use the artwork on their websites or for printing.

I have a craft website, may I use your free graphics?
A craft related website where you sell or advertise crafts is considered a business website and you must first register to use the free graphics by paying a $20 fee.
